We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Merchandising Professional to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our direct-to-consumer experience, directly influencing how our products reach and resonate with consumers and driving growth for a crucial product category within our digital channels. As a key contributor, you will own the strategic execution of seasonal assortments for a vital youth footwear category within our direct digital channels. You will be instrumental in adapting and curating consumer-right assortments, leveraging historical data, analytics, and real-time market feedback to inform future strategies while optimizing current performance. Your work will directly impact how products come to life for our consumers, ensuring we deliver the right product, at the right price, in the right place, at the right time. #LI-LORENSAQUENTJOBS **What You Will Do:** * Lead the seasonal assortment planning for a key youth footwear category within direct digital channels. **Who You Will Work With:** You will collaborate closely with a diverse group of internal partners including fellow merchants, buyers, and cross-functional teams within our direct-to-consumer organization. This includes digital and stores buying, consumer merchandising, planning, allocation, visual merchandising, brand marketing, finance, operations, and insights/analytics teams. Your role will rely on comprehensive business reporting, encompassing quantitative and qualitative metrics on sales, inventory, and consumer behaviors, to inform your strategic decisions. **Required Skills & Experience:** * Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a combination of relevant education and product-related roles, OR 5 years of additional experience and training in consumer product merchandising, product creation, retail, multi-brand, or digital environments. **About Aquent Talent:** Aquent Talent connects the best talent in marketing, creative, and design with the world's biggest brands. |
