High image and exposure position for Industrial Wood (IW) business. Candidate will have frequent interactions with IW marketing, sales, technical, operations, accounting teams.


  • Lead daily product quality for GI BU including the complaint process for GI Liquid business activity
  • Ensure the quality health as measured by Opportunity Cost, Complaint Rate, and Complaint Resolution/Stabilization Days.
  • Responsible for the Complaint Satisfaction Program including maintaining and improving.
  • Lead the monthly Quality Review Board meetings to drive core quality issues for GI Liquid BU
  • Engage functional (R&D, Operations, CI, etc...) resources to drive complex ARC resolutions
  • This position will regularly interface with GSC Operations, GI BU R&D, PCG Group Quality, Purchasing, Complaint Teams, and field Technical Service to drive PCG GI Liquid Product Quality.
  • Bachelor's Degree - science, quality, or equivalent - MBA preferred
  • Required:
    • 1+ years managing / supervisory role

    • 3+ years working in / around product development labs / commercialization process, field stores, or manufacturing quality

    • Formal Root Cause training / practitioner

  • Preferred:
    • Six Sigma certified (green belt or higher)
    • Lean training and practitioner
    • Complaint handling experience
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent team building / leadership skills
  • Preferred: Automotive, Industrial Wood, General Industrial, P&M product knowledge
