What You'll Do As our Lending Branch Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of your branch. This role blends the best of leadership, lending, and community engagement into one powerful package. You'll: Lead branch operations and lending activities with confidence and clarity Manage and grow a loan portfolio (up to $50MM+!) Build strong relationships with business clients and community leaders Coach, develop, and energize your team to exceed customer expectations Approve and recommend credit decisions within your lending authority Be a trusted advisor on financial solutions for personal and business clients Create growth strategies that drive loan and deposit volume Represent Northrim in the community - because you care about where you live and work You'll Thrive Here If You... Have 5+ years of experience in banking, lending, and leading high-performing teams Know your way around commercial, construction, or real estate lending Are passionate about customer experience and operational excellence Can turn analytics into action (and goals into results) Are a natural mentor and motivator Understand compliance and risk like a pro Love being active in your community and building real relationships Bonus Points Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience FINRA Series 65/66 and/or Alaska Life Insurance License Experience in CRA/community involvement Familiar with NMLS and mortgage lending requirements Why Join Northrim?
