JOB SUMMARY The Senior Industrial Designer is a key contributor to the company's core product teams, operating at the leading edge of product exploration within an Ambidextrous Organization Model. This role is responsible for originating and developing bold, manufacturable concepts that redefine existing product categories and unlock entirely new ones-supporting the company's goal of delivering 50%+ net-new innovation across the product portfolio. As a strategic and hands-on design leader, the Senior Industrial Designer integrates market research, emerging technologies, and cross-functional collaboration to shape the form, ergonomics, finish, and functional essence of high-performance consumer products. This role champions early-phase development by accelerating the cycle from concept to prototype and enabling smooth transitions into engineering and commercialization. Success in this role is measured not only by creative impact but also by the ability to drive clarity, speed, and accountability in early product development. This individual thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment where failure is embraced as a necessary part of product innovation. The position requires strong storytelling, prototyping, and cross-functional influence to guide design intent from ideation through validation.
