As a Senior Product Manager for the Feature Store at Snowflake, you'll be at the forefront of building and integrating a critical component of our machine learning platform. You will lead the strategy, development, and evolution of our Feature Store, a central repository that enables data scientists and ML engineers to create, manage, and share machine learning features at scale. This role is a unique opportunity to build a product that is central to how our customers operationalize and scale their machine learning workflows on the Snowflake Data Cloud.

AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:
  • Define the Product Vision: Set the strategy and roadmap for Snowflake's Feature Store, ensuring it aligns with the company's broader vision for Snowflake AI Data Cloud platform.

  • Lead Product Development: Work closely with a dedicated team of engineers, product management peers, and designers to guide the product lifecycle, from initial concept and design to launch and iteration.

  • Drive Customer-Centric Innovation: Engage directly with customers to understand their pain points and requirements for feature engineering and management. Translate these insights into product features and improvements.

  • Analyze the Market: Conduct competitive analysis and stay current with the latest trends and technologies in feature stores, MLOps, and the broader data and AI landscape.

  • Develop Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with marketing and sales to develop effective go-to-market strategies, create compelling product messaging, and enable our field teams to successfully sell the Feature Store.

  • Measure and Optimize: Use data and feedback to measure product performance and make informed decisions that drive adoption and customer satisfaction.

OUR IDEAL SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER WILL HAVE:
  • You have proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on AI, data engineering, streaming, machine learning, and MLOps.

  • You have a deep understanding of data engineering and machine learning workflows, including the crucial role of feature engineering and the challenges of managing features for both training and serving.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field; a graduate degree is a plus.

  • You possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and align teams around a shared vision.

  • You are highly analytical and data-driven, with a passion for using quantitative and qualitative data to guide your decisions.

  • You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about solving complex problems for customers.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $195,000 - $287,500.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
