ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 5-7 software engineers, fostering technical growth and team excellence.Build and ship scalable, cloud-native applications and distributed microservices.Ensure high standards of security, quality, and reliability across the software lifecycle.Write clean, unit-tested code, participate in code reviews, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, AI/ML engineers, researchers, and data scientists to deliver customer-focused solutions.Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, development, QA, and live site operations.Promote a healthy, inclusive team culture aligned with Microsoft's values and leadership principles.Embody ourCulture&Values
