ResponsibilitiesSales Execution: Collaborate with virtual team members end-to-end to identify customer business needs and contribute to the development of solutions. Proactively build an external stakeholder network to accelerate and close Modern Work opportunities. Work closely with our most valued customers to drive the day-to-day execution of Microsoft's strategic business priorities. Consistently exceed solution sales targets in assigned accounts by advancing the sales process with a virtual team of technical specialists, partners, and consulting resources. Business Value Selling: Deepen and broaden Microsoft's relationships with Customer Business Decision Makers. Seek out new Modern Work opportunities by engaging with key business contacts, understanding customers' business and technological priorities, governance, decision-making, and budgeting processes. Articulate the value proposition of Modern Work solutions, helping customers navigate their business challenges and recommending tailored solutions that deliver unparalleled customer value and satisfaction. Scaling and Collaboration: Collaborate with a network of internal partners on the planning, orchestration, and execution of Modern Work opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell. Work cross-collaboratively while embodying our shared Digital Sales Culture priorities: Diversity and Inclusion, Wellbeing, Sustainability, Giving, and Learning. Technical Expertise: Initiate conversations with Modern Work Business Decision Makers, sharing best practices and key competitor knowledge across solution areas. Sales Excellence: Collaborate with partners and resources to plan for accounts, conduct compete planning, forecasting, and business analysis to target high-potential customers. Manage Modern Work solutions across your accounts, utilizing sales acumen and a deep understanding of enterprise needs to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
