ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable design specifications.Independently design, implement, and maintain features and services with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.Break down complex work into manageable tasks and provide accurate estimates for delivery.Serve as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for critical services, leading incident response and driving root cause analysis and long-term fixes.Contribute to architectural discussions and help evolve the system design to meet future scalability and reliability goals.Drive improvements in engineering practices, including CI/CD, testing, observability, and operational excellence.Stay current with industry trends and apply new technologies and practices to improve the product and development process. | |
