ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a multi-year vision and strategy for Teams' data and analytics platforms, aligning with Microsoft's broader initiatives.Own Teams' end-to-end data lifecycle including instrumentation, collection, processing, transformation, storage, and activation to drive scalable, trustworthy analytics solutions.Build, mentor, and lead a diverse team of product managers, fostering a culture of curiosity, inclusion, and customer obsession.Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to develop scalable, AI-infused analytics platforms and drive cross-team alignment.Establish and track key performance indicators to measure platform impact and deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure platforms meet evolving business needs and support ethical, compliant data practices. | |
