We are seeking a senior-level Supply Chain Modeler who not only excels in building and analyzing models but can also set the standard for modeling best practices, tools, and methodologies across our team. This role goes beyond execution: you will play a critical role in shaping how we approach complex supply chain problems, guiding both technical and business stakeholders toward the right solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in supply chain design and modeling, paired with the ability to mentor, influence, and elevate the team's capabilities. You will serve as a trusted advisor on when and how to use the right tools, how to frame problems effectively, and how to translate insights into decisions that drive meaningful business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and refinement of supply chain and distribution network models, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with best practices.
  • Establish and champion modeling standards, frameworks, and tool selection to guide the team in solving complex supply chain challenges.
  • Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate sourcing strategies, network design, distribution flows, and capacity planning.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as footprint design, cost-to-serve analysis, and distribution strategy.
  • Partner with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and planning teams to identify challenges and propose data-driven and pragmatic solutions.
  • Translate complex supply chain dynamics into actionable recommendations that drive performance improvement.
  • Drive continuous improvement by introducing new tools, methods, and approaches to strengthen modeling capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or related field.
  • 5+ years of supply chain or distribution experience, including network design, modeling, and optimization.
  • Proven expertise with supply chain design software (e.g., Llamasoft/Supply Chain Guru, AIMMS, Optilogic, or equivalent) and solvers (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX, or open-source equivalents).
  • Deep understanding of supply chain and distribution concepts, such as network optimization, transportation flows, and cost-to-serve analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and interpret models within a strategic business context, not just technically.
  • Proficiency in SQL or other coding/data prep tools, with the ability to guide others in efficient data management for modeling.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills - able to influence stakeholders, guide team members, and bridge technical and business perspectives.
  • A collaborative, mentoring mindset with a passion for elevating team capabilities and solving end-to-end supply chain challenges.
