The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Summary
As Director, Workforce Transformation Programs - Human + AI Systems, you will lead the enterprise strategy, global rollout, and operational success of Salesforce's internal talent marketplace and workforce transformation programs-including Career Connect, Agentforce for Careers, and related AI-powered tools. You will drive the end-to-end program lifecycle in close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Employee Success, and Business Unit stakeholders.
In this role, you'll translate platform potential into business outcomes-designing and scaling experiences that accelerate internal mobility, enable skills development, and prepare our workforce for an AI-augmented future. You'll also bring a Human + AI design lens to ensure ethical, user-centered implementation of intelligent systems that support employee growth at scale.
You will play a critical role in advancing Salesforce's Agentic Skills Strategy, translating the enterprise vision into scalable delivery by embedding skills into workforce transformation programs, driving adoption, and enabling leaders to use skills data for mobility, reskilling, and redeployment decisions.

  • Help employees and managers engage confidently with AI-powered tools through clear education, enablement, and change leadership.

  • Agentic Skills Strategy Delivery

  • Operationalize the Agentic Skills Strategy by embedding skills frameworks into Career Connect, workforce planning, and reskilling programs.

  • Drive adoption of skills-based practices across the enterprise, enabling leaders and managers to make decisions using consistent, actionable skills data.

  • Partner with analytics teams to generate forward-looking insights that link skills supply/demand to redeployment, mobility, and development pathways.

  • Program Management & Change Enablement

  • Manage enterprise-level program planning and execution, including pilots, scaling, communications, and measurement strategies.

  • Define success metrics across adoption, usage, internal mobility, redeployment outcomes, and employee engagement.

  • Build and maintain engagement forums, governance routines, and feedback loops with senior stakeholders and end users.

  • Develop compelling narratives, toolkits, and enablement resources that drive sustainable behavior change and enterprise alignment

Qualifications
