About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We're looking for a talented and motivated Senior Designer to join our team. This person will help concept and develop creative work for Service Cloud, one of our biggest products, as we lead the charge in AI-first service and field service. You'll team up with designers and copywriters under the guidance of our Creative Director.

Our hope? You'll shine as a creative superstar on our team and in the industry. We want you to find new ways to push our standards and expand expectations for craft, strategy, and creative excellence. You'll create work that excites, delights, and resonates with our audience. And, of course, everything you do will be thoughtful and smart, always supporting business objectives.

You'll be a master at taking complex, tech-heavy concepts and translating them into approachable, human-centered stories. While you build a clear understanding of Salesforce products, we're patient, we know this is complicated stuff. We'll help you get there. We want someone who shows curiosity and gets to the root of things.

This job requires someone who loves to design and to think.

  • Do you like creating the perfect visual response to a challenge?

  • Are you a conceptual powerhouse?

  • Do you nerd out about craftsmanship, kerning, and color?

  • Will you embrace learning to lead and lead while you learn?

  • Can you energize the same old with a fresh approach... and also dream up the "here's what we do next"?

You're in the right spot.

You'll concept everything from big campaign ideas to spot-on demand gen work and explore how AI-driven tools can enhance our creative output. You'll make banners (of course), but you'll also make films and animations. You'll develop innovative yet-to-be imagined creative, but also email campaigns. Social. Web. Reports. Anything that requires breaking down UI and sticky pain points into visual stories: spot-on, heartfelt, and fun. And you'll be such an attentive self-starter that you'll unearth fresh opportunities for us to create incredible work.

And you'll also create immersive experiences for our world-class events. That includes Dreamforce, the biggest software conference in the world.

You'll need to be adaptable. This job requires managing multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for presenting and selling work to our partners with a clear point of view and solid reasoning. Impress our partners with your creativity, collaboration and strategic thinking, and display strong relationship-building skills and expertise in every scenario.

If you made it this far and your curiosity is piqued, one last thing: Salesforce is a fun place to work. And, this is a unique opportunity to shape the creative expression of our brand. Our brand has made giant strides over the past few years, and we aim to keep it growing and keep our values in sight. We provide professional development and mentorship whenever possible, and we try to keep things interesting on a daily basis. And, most importantly, we lead with empathy. We're a supportive group that takes each other's well-being to heart.

Is this something you're interested in? Are you feeling stoked? If so, please apply.
