OverviewJoin the ModeDS (Motion Development and Design Systems) team and help shape the future of collaboration experiences across Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Planner, and Engage. As a UX Engineer, you'll be part of an innovative group that sits at the intersection of Design and Engineering. You'll work alongside experienced designers and UX engineers, contributing to our design system and engaging in how AI is reshaping how we design, build and ship products. You will collaborate with partners across products and disciplines, including Design, Research, Engineering and Program Management.For our design systems, you will develop features with an eye for accessibility and polish. For our design-to-code workflows, you will learn and apply new tooling and automation to our systems. Our goal is to create deeper efficiencies in our system and between Design and Engineering that lead to better product outcomes.Our culture is inclusive, casual, and high energy. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with peers to develop polished front-end components and experiences.Learn and apply new tools and automation to improve design-to-code workflows.Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from peers and leads.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, escalating issues as needed.Proactively plan and estimate time needed to create artifacts.Follow best practices and provide code review feedback to your peers. | |
