Summary
Responsible for preparing treatment areas, assisting patients with exercises, and providing clerical support to the physical therapy staff. Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Essential Functions -Assist physical therapists with patient treatment plans, including preparing treatment areas and equipment. -Provide hands-on assistance to patients during exercises and other therapeutic activities. -Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist. -Maintain patient records and treatment notes in an accurate and timely manner. -Perform clerical duties, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork. -Adhere to all safety and infection control policies and procedures. -Participate in continuing education and training to maintain current knowledge and skills.
