The Apogee Performance Surfaces segment has grown from $100M to $200M in revenue through a recent acquisition. Position Summary

The Resource Team Member supports production operations across multiple departments. This role is designed to provide cross-functional coverage and flexibility. The needs of the business dictate where you will work on a daily or weekly basis. Resource Team Members ensure safe, efficient, and quality production by rotating into various areas, assisting with troubleshooting, and supporting team members to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

  • Provide cross functional support in production areas such as aluminum routing, pack-out, fletcher, and coaster machine.

  • Report directly to the Supervisor and rotate weekly to match customer demand.

  • Ensure safe, quality, and productive operations across assigned areas and shifts.

  • Adapt quickly to changing demands and provide support where needed.

  • Solve complex problems with effective, hands-on solutions.

  • Take ownership of performance outcomes and their impact on company success.

  • Demonstrate teamwork, time management, and strong communication skills.

  • Drive continual improvements in processes and equipment.

  • Complete accurate material usage records and follow written instructions.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Personal Attributes and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience with CNC routers, shears, or related manufacturing equipment preferred.

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions.

  • Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and safety awareness.

  • Basic computer knowledge and navigation abilities.

  • Willingness to cross-train across multiple areas and work in different areas regularly.

  • Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Willingness to become a certified forklift operator.

Work Environment

May involve standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. Flexible shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on operational needs.
