The Risk Management Organization, is an independent risk function responsible for identifying, measuring, monitoring, and controlling risks that could threaten the Bank's financial health, stability, and regulatory compliance. The specific risk team you will be working with which provides oversight of the implementation of change management practices across key functions responsible for significant change risk, ensuring timely identification, measurement, monitoring, and mitigation. Product & Services change is a critical type of change, and this team also ensures that each critical product or service change includes the identification, measurement, monitoring, and controlling of risk throughout the change and launch process. In addition, the team manages a structured approach to identifying, tracking, and resolving issues that may impact the organization's strategic objectives, operations, or compliance obligations. It ensures that issues are captured consistently across business units, assessed for severity and impact, prioritized effectively, and remediated through defined action plans. By providing transparency, accountability, and centralized reporting, issue management strengthens risk management, improves decision-making, and enhances organizational resilience.
