Job Title: Trust Associate 1 Location: Bloomington What you'll do: As a Trust Associate I you'll be responsible for working on client relationships and ensuring excellent client service and delivery to the client base. In addition you'll be working on day-to-day operations and reporting delivery to those clients. You'll support paying agency and transfer agency activities related to cash and transaction processing, and reconciliation. Responsible for supporting day-to-day activities for cash processing and reconciliation in support of our business partners and client activities. Monitor daily and intraday reports creation. Process transfer agent and paying agent activities. Support debt service activities and work with client service teams to escalate daily activities to meet business obligations. Participate with technology support teams on initiatives to improve process and create efficiencies. Perform testing for system and process flow changes. What you'll need: 2+ years of related experience. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services. Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices. Intermediate TranStar experience preferred. Advanced speaking and writing communication skills. Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $33.00 for Bloomington, MN. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
