Memorial Rd. OKC, 73120 Hours: Full time - Days Clinic: Suite C Responsibilities This role is responsible for overseeing the front office and medical records functions within the clinic to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include supervising the patient check-in and check-out process, verifying insurance and demographic information, managing appointment scheduling, managing incoming calls, and maintaining an effective patient flow. The position also involves greeting and registering patients upon arrival, directing charts and documentation to the appropriate clinical staff, and serving as a liaison between patients and the medical team to support a positive patient experience. Essential Functions:
Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in the medical front office setting; Two (2) plus years of supervisory experience preferred; Multi-phone system; Knowledge of medical setting; Computer experience - Scheduling experience preferred. Working Knowledge: Medical terminology and medical insurance knowledge preferred. Knowledge of Cerner scheduling system and the PCIS Gold Practice Management System.
