Our award-winning culture embraces a bold vision of where technology can take us and a passion for tackling challenging problems with industry-first solutions. We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.

We are seeking an Integrating Manager to lead two critical teams within the Platform Engineering organization: the Hardware Enablement Team (supporting EDA/CAD environments and hardware design toolchains) and the Compliance & Licensing Team (focusing on vulnerability management, ransomware protection, and software license governance). This role is central to ensuring R&D velocity, infrastructure security, and regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in engineering platforms and tools with proven leadership skills, enabling them to scale operations, partner with senior R&D leaders, and deliver measurable outcomes in productivity, compliance, and risk reduction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow two specialized teams - Hardware Enablement (EDA/CAD tools, hardware engineering workflows) and Compliance & Licensing (vulnerability management, ransomware protection, license governance).
  • Drive a product mindset within both teams: establish clear backlogs, OKRs, and measurable outcomes (e.g., reduced MTTR for vulnerabilities, optimized license utilization, improved tool adoption).
  • Partner with R&D engineering organizations to align toolchains, enable faster design cycles, and ensure frictionless developer/hardware engineer experience.
  • Oversee compliance and security readiness: lead vulnerability management programs, coordinate ransomware dry runs, and ensure audit readiness (SSDF, licensing, regulatory frameworks).
  • Manage vendor relationships (EDA/CAD suppliers, software licensing providers) to balance performance, compliance, and cost optimization.
  • Foster a culture of SRE principles and continuous improvement - reliability, resilience, and proactive risk management.
  • Collaborate closely with Platform Engineering leadership and Enterprise Security to align on strategy, investment, and modernization priorities.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours to effectively manage and collaborate with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in engineering, DevOps, or platform operations, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong background in engineering toolchains (EDA/CAD, DevOps pipelines, infrastructure automation) and/or compliance functions (license management, vulnerability management, audit readiness).
  • Proven track record of working with R&D organizations to improve developer productivity, scale hardware/software engineering environments, and drive modernization.
  • Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams with both technical and compliance/security responsibilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior leaders across R&D, Security, and IT.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a product mindset: backlog management, measurable outcomes, roadmap execution.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., SSDF, ITAR) and enterprise compliance practices.
  • Strong people leadership skills: building high-performing teams, mentoring technical leaders, and fostering collaboration across domains.
