About the Job:

Join us in shaping the future of sustainable energy. As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in leading Keysight's global strategy to expand our market presence in the fast-growing energy transition space. You will be responsible for positioning and promoting our Grid Modernization portfolio to key markets and customers, ensuring our solutions are well understood, highly visible, and competitively differentiated. You'll drive go-to-market strategies, create impactful marketing collateral, lead product launches, and own sales enablement to maximize adoption and revenue growth. This role is central to translating our technical strengths into clear market value, while ensuring customer-facing teams are equipped to succeed.

About the Team:

You'll collaborate closely with a diverse team of internal experts (Strategic Planning, R&D, Project Management, Sales, and Business Development) and build meaningful, trust-based relationships with global customers and industry partners. The Product Marketing Manager will focus on driving growth by ensuring our solutions and sales teams are positioned to win - through sharp messaging, strong market presence, and effective enablement. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate across multiple organizations to align marketing activities for a broad and diverse Grid Modernization portfolio. Because individual products and solutions may be distributed across different groups within Keysight, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, driving, and owning a unified, cohesive marketing plan that brings these efforts together into a single, impactful market presence. We welcome candidates who are passionate about the global energy transition, enjoy working across cultures and disciplines, and are eager to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

  • Product Launch and Lifecycle Management: Develop NPI launch plans and oversee the lifecycle of grid modernization products and solutions from launch through end-of-life, ensuring continuous alignment with evolving market demands and company goals.
  • Forecasting and Pricing: Lead product forecasting, pricing strategy, and competitive analysis, managing the product portfolio to drive growth and profitability while ensuring competitiveness and value alignment.
  • Sales Enablement and Collateral Development: Produce compelling marketing collateral such as white papers, case studies, solution briefs, use cases, and presentations to support sales and customer engagement with a strong understanding of emerging grid technologies-such as DER integration, microgrids, energy storage, cybersecurity, and advanced communications.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for our Grid Modernization portfolio, including leading product launches, messaging, and positioning in alignment with key target markets and business objectives.
  • Positioning and Differentiation: Define and communicate grid modernization product positioning in alignment with key market segments, leveraging synergies across cross-functional product lines with a track record of creating compelling collateral and collaborating across R&D, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Roadmap Collaboration: Gather market insights and customer feedback to refine product positioning, inform strategic planners and solution architects, and influence roadmap decisions.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with third parties and strategic partners to enhance portfolio positioning through joint initiatives such as co-branded campaigns, press releases, product demonstrations, and tradeshow participation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with growth opportunities and ensure consistent messaging in the market.
  • Outbound Marketing: Own and align outbound marketing activities across organizations. Plan, coordinate, and collaborate with Keysight Global Marketing (KGM) and Marcom teams to execute outbound campaigns and product launches across the entire grid modernization portfolio.
  • Lead Events and Digital Campaigns: Manage product representation at key industry events, forums, and conferences and lead eMarketing initiatives to strengthen market presence, grow credibility, increase brand visibility, and catalyze customer demand.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of product marketing experience, ideally in energy, technology, or grid modernization sectors.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of grid modernization technologies such as DER integration, microgrids, energy storage, cybersecurity, and advanced communications.
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven success in developing go-to-market strategies, launching products, and creating compelling marketing collateral (e.g., white papers, case studies, solution briefs).
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to define product positioning and differentiation aligned with market segments and business goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience in product forecasting, pricing strategy, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaboration: Skilled in cross-functional teamwork with R&D, Sales, Strategic Planning, and Business Development teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-facing messaging.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead marketing initiatives, manage product lifecycles, and represent products at industry events and digital campaigns.
  • Global Perspective: Comfortable working across cultures and disciplines; passionate about the global energy transition.
