Responsibilities
- Develop market/product line business plans and strategic programs to support sales in designated market segments.
- Identify volume and strategic customers and cultivate partnerships.
- Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create strategic direction and compelling market analysis presentations.
- Enable sales by identifying and developing business opportunities.
- Provide information and support to the sales force.
- Interface with customers through company marketing channels.
- Perform pre-sales duties including:
- Providing pricing information and RFP/RFI support.
- Communicating schedule changes, product enhancements, new products and features to key customers, distributors, OEMs, and resellers.
- Perform post-sales duties including:
- Researching status of customer orders.
- Providing information on potential product issues.
- Resolving shipping, scheduling, and prioritization problems.
- Conduct short-term sales forecasting for designated product lines.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Recognized expert in the field.
- Demonstrated impact and influence within the company.
