What you'll Do

  • Build services that accelerate AI development
  • Apply your knowledge of APIs, MCP servers, AI agents, semantic retrieval, security standards, and new AI innovation to deliver outstanding outcomes
  • Use design thinking to improve developer efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members to create innovative solutions that delight our users

What you need to succeed

Technical Skills

Must Have

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Industry experience developing AI solutions
  • Understanding of semantic retrieval concepts and experience implementing semantic retrieval solutions
  • Proficiency with Python and its tools ecosystem
  • Knowledge of and experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL)

Helpful to Understand

  • Experience with langchain ecosystem
  • Kubernetes and modern deployment strategies
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS and Azure
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., code repositories, CI/CD, containerization, automated testing, code reviews, etc.)
Technical Leadership
  • Strong system design skills and ability to make architectural tradeoffs
  • Ability to take ownership of end-to-end engineering solutions
  • Willing to contribute in a small, collaborative, highly productive team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of what makes a developer community including open development practices and a desire to mentor and share
  • Ability to closely collaborate with a geographically dispersed team
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $133,900 -- $242,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
