Role Overview Position: Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator - Family Estate Department: Property Management Reporting to: Senior Manager Security Services FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Walton Enterprises is seeking a skilled, highly motivated, and entrepreneurial individual to join the team as a Security Operations Center (SOC) Specialist. The ideal teammate will have demonstrated ability to maintain exceptional situational awareness, manage complex security systems, and coordinate effectively in high-stress environments while ensuring the safety and privacy of estate residents and guests. About the Position The SOC Specialist plays a critical role in safeguarding a large, high-profile family estate in Bentonville, Arkansas. Operating from a state-of-the-art 24/7/365 Security Operations Center, this role is responsible for real-time monitoring of security and life safety systems, dispatching responses, and coordinating from the SOC with patrol personnel and emergency responders. The position also collects and reports on relevant local threat intelligence, ensuring proactive protection of residents, staff, and property. What you will do Monitors estate-wide security systems, responds to SOC alarms and coordinates steps from SOC for incidents, supports emergency procedures, and serves as the communications hub for estate operations, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and discretion.
