The Specialist, Employee Experience plays a key role in ensuring every employee's journey with Movado is positive, consistent, and seamless. This role focuses on onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle transactions, leaves, and accommodations, while also providing support to HR Operations and recruitment during peak needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their HR career with exposure across employee lifecycle management and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for corporate employees, ensuring a smooth, consistent experience and accurate documentation.

  • Coordinate day-to-day employee lifecycle transactions in Workday (e.g., job changes, exits, etc.).

  • Partner with the HR Manager to track and support accommodations requests, maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

  • Support administration of simple leaves (documentation, tracking, employee communication), partnering with the Sr. Specialist and HR Business Partners for more complex cases.

Employee Experience

  • Serve as a friendly, responsive first point of contact for employees on lifecycle and policy questions.

  • Partner with HR team members to ensure timely responses and accurate information.

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events.

HR Support

  • Provide coordination and administrative support for HR activities and processes.

  • Step in to assist HR Operations and recruitment coordination as needed.

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in HR operations, employee experience, or benefits administration.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Comfort working with HR systems (Workday experience preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on employee service.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

The base hourly rate range for this full-time position is $29.00 to $33.50 per hour. Base salary is determined by individualized factors such as experience and market location.
