Demand planner

[Mission/Purpose of the Job]

This role drives accurate and collaborative forecasting across VSS product groups, aligning with global and regional stakeholders to support business goals. Service demand planner is lead the development of insightful reporting and ensure data integrity to empower strategic decision-making in global PC/DC/STC/Field-onsite. Demand planner is acollaborate with PM/Marketing to consolidate long-term forecasts and supporting 3-year planning, and contribute to sustainable business growth. This role continuously enhance forecasting tools and processes through cross-functional projects and digital innovation. Through leadership in business reviews and supply chain initiatives, this role should ensure demand planning is integrated into broader organizational success

[Main Responsibilities]

1. Forecasting Execution & Coordination
   • Take ownership of monthly demand forecasting activities across VSS product groups, ensuring alignment with global STC/PC/DC/Field teams.
   • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to consolidate inputs and drive forecast accuracy improvements.
   • Lead the onboarding and data integration process for forecasting tools in newly acquired businesses.

1. Reporting & Analysis

• • Responsible for generation of Power BI reports (e.g., Forecast vs. Demand vs. Actual, Forecast Accuracy).
  • Ensure data integrity and timely delivery of insights to stakeholders

1. Mid-to-Long Term Planning
   • Act as the point of contact for gathering business growth forecasts from Finance and Marketing.
   • Lead the consolidation and analysis of data to support the creation of 3-year demand plans.

1. Forecasting Process & Tool Enhancement
   • Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement in forecasting processes and tools.
   • Lead small-scale improvement projects in collaboration with Marketing and Digitalization teams to enhance efficiency and automation.

1. Monthly Business Reveiw Meeting Preparation :
   • Responsible to prepare slides related Forecast for BRM meeting for VSS global territories.
   • Attend in BRM on a monthly basis and facilitate forecast improvement.

1. Supply Chain Project Involvement
   • Lead demand planning workstreams within global logistics or supply chain projects.
   • Provide analytical support and ensure demand planning considerations are integrated into project outcomes.
   • Continuously improve demand planning processes by identifying systemic issues, proposing innovative solutions, and driving alignment across stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration & Guidance
   • Proactively support demand-related issue resolution by leveraging data-driven insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Supply planning, end to end supply chain team, VTIS team, VTBA team), and implementing preventive measures to enhance forecast accuracy and responsiveness.
   • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to multidivisional global team on forecasting tools, processes, and best practice

• Education level
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.

• Relevant Previous experience
  • +3 years experieces in Manufacturing planning/ Supply chain/ Logistics/ Purchasing and good understanding of serivce repair business
  • Global organization experiance is preffered

• Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role's responsibilities)
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights using tools like Power BI, Excel,
  • After sales market experience is a beneficial
  • Forecasting and planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, Anaplan) and data visualization platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation skills to coordinate with global stakeholders and facilitate meetings.
  • Skilled in resolving demand-related issues through data-driven approaches and cross-functional teamwork.
