Property Manager II - Affordable Housing
Locations: Neshannock Woods (New Castle, PA) & Buchanan Manor (Wheatland, PA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily property operations, budgets, and compliance with HUD/LIHTC regulations

  • Manage leasing, occupancy, rent collection, and resident relations

  • Supervise and support property staff and maintenance teams

  • Ensure timely inspections, repairs, and community engagement

  • Maintain accurate records, certifications, and reporting

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years property management experience (affordable housing preferred)

  • Bachelor's degree or property management certification (CPM, ARM) preferred

  • Strong knowledge of affordable housing programs, compliance, and software

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
