Job Summary The General Clerk I provides basic administrative and clerical support for the Case Processing Operations Center (CPOC), assisting in the intake, routing, and documentation of personnel security and federal background investigation materials. This entry-level role supports routine tasks under close supervision and follows clearly defined procedures.
