Gates is seeking a Manager of Sustainability to join our Global Legal team. This new role reports to the Director of Sustainability and will be responsible for supporting Gates Corporate sustainability strategy and the Americas region. This position will engage cross-functionally within HQ and within the Americas regional operation to advance multiple aspects of our environmental and ESG work in collaboration with members of Legal, Finance, Procurement, Product, HR and Operations teams. The right candidate will possess deep project management experience and strong communication skills, an understanding of key trends and issues in ESG and corporate sustainability, a commitment to advancing sustainability strategy in alignment with core business strategy and data management skills. In this role s/he will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to support implementation and adoption of Gates sustainability programs. Based in beautiful Denver, Colorado at the Gates HQ.
