Position Overview As a Social Worker at Spaulding, you will provide direct care to patients and their families through individual and group sessions, promoting emotional, social, and physical well-being. You will collaborate with a seasoned team of occupational therapists, physical therapists, massage therapists, and fellow social workers to deliver exceptional rehabilitation services. Our innovative, cognitive-behaviorally oriented programs include the Functional Restoration Program for Pain Management-one of its kind in New England. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to work with experienced professionals in a Harvard-affiliated teaching hospital, with access to excellent clinical supervision and professional development. Education One of the below licensures REQUIRED: Licensed Mental Health Counselor [LMHC - State License] Required: * Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office preferred). Preferred: * Experience working with a diverse patient population. - Exemplifies expert depth of specialized clinical diagnoses and interventions.
