Fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S. The Main Responsibilities
Join an awesome team working on cutting edge talent intelligence programs and processes. First, build and support career pathing, career development, internal gigs, skills transformation, governance structures, and how to best sustain them for the future using the Eightfold technology platform. By leveraging our Eightfold Talent Marketplace technology and collaborating closely with Talent Management, Talent Development, Compensation and HR Tech, this role will build data-driven career pathways and targeted skills recommendations to optimize talent mobility and retention. The individual will architect processes that use the Eightfold marketplace analytics to assess enterprise-wide talent strengths, address gaps, and anticipate future needs-enabling Lumen to build a more agile, competitive, and future-ready workforce. Second, this role will support designing, optimizing, and executing the performance management process-including goal setting, performance check-ins, talent review process, collaborator feedback, and year-end evaluations. The role also ensures seamless integration with the Career Compass initiative and close partnership with the Culture team, supporting organization-wide efforts to align performance management with career development and company values.
