Pay Rate: $42.30/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Support Manufacturing Process Engineering activities and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Apply engineering principles and analytical techniques to improve manufacturing processes and products.
  • Investigate and prioritize quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and verify results for internal and supplier processes.
  • Lead and conduct process audits to ensure compliance with standards and process discipline.
  • Perform ergonomic evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Analyze vehicle inventory root causes and drive corrective actions to reduce inventory.
  • Develop process documentation, instruction sheets, and quality methods for Trim and Chassis Assembly.
  • Lead lean manufacturing initiatives, variability reduction, and best practice implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with plant, corporate, governmental, environmental, and ISO 14001 standards.


Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional safety training or certifications a plus.
  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment (internship or co-op experience considered).
  • Strong skills in Lean Manufacturing, data analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Ability to conduct audits, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Fully onsite role.
