TS POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
The General Engineer Analyst provides expertise, guidance, and coordination on all phases of construction management and implementation in direct support of the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations, Office of Facilities Management (OBO/FAC). In this role, the analyst:
