The CETO - CRM Engineering & Transformation Office Team is responsible for all Lifecycle processes and systems that are anchored on delivering the best customer and partner experience including Market-to-Lead, Order-to-Cash, Service Delivery, Customer Success to Support-to-Advocacy, Renewal to Booking, and key processes in the customer / partner journey. What You'll Do: We have a superb opportunity for a Mulesoft Developer to join our team in Service Delivery. Develop your knowledge of the Cisco Digital Customer Experience and be a part of a team that is improving the customer experience across the racetrack. You will work with multi-functional IT, Operations teams, and hardworking developers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop applications that make it easier for Cisco managers and engineers to manage Cisco Delivery Project finance, tasks, staffing. You will be interacting directly with Product Owners, Business Analyst, Technical Architects and IT development teams as part of your project work to develop committed release scope.
