Responsibilities

MV Transportation is seeking aReconcilerwho will report to the Accounting Manager and will work with the various department managers in auditing our service providers. The Reconciler will schedule regular audits of each of our subcontracted operations data. They will coordinate with our Director of Operations and report any inconsistencies in trip reconciliation and billing. This team will ensure the integrity of the information provided to the client, remaining in compliance for the entire program.



Qualifications

Talent Requirements:

    High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work alone with minimum supervision

Starting pay rate: $21.32/hour

Retirement Benefits: 401k: the Company contributes a designated percentage of all hourly wages to each qualified employees account each pay period.

Paid Time Off: 0 mos - year 2 = 1.54 bi-weekly accrual w/ 40 yearly accrual cap; year 3 = 3.08 hours per pay period = 80 Hours.
Paid Holidays: 9 paid holidays
Paid Sick Leave: 1 hour/per 30 hours for all FT employees, accrual for (5) days, (forty hours per year)
Other Compensation: Quarterly Attendance Bonus- If an employee does not receive more than (2) attendance points during the previous 12 months -earn (1)
Attendance Bonus Day. Year (2) you could earn (1) Bonus Paid Time Off Day and (1) Attendance Day = (2 Bonus Days). Also, an employee who receives no attendance points will receive a quarterly bonus of $50. Paid in 1st week of second month following the quarter.
