Account Manager, Senior - Healthcare

The Account Manager - Healthcare is responsible for promoting and selling Infor products by nurturing and developing opportunities within existing clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving both company and personal quotas. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans that provide leads, managing assigned accounts, and understanding customers' business issues and design strategies. This individual has knowledge of selling into the Healthcare industry.

Territory: OK, TX, NM, AZ, CA

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Work closely with existing clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the value, competitive advantages, resources and processes to clients.
  • Challenge your clients to think differently by developing compelling value propositions based on value and ROI cost/benefit analysis.
  • Develop customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans and establish, document, and maintain solid communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
  • Generate pipeline and achieve or exceed consistent quarterly quota.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience selling enterprise healthcare technology business solutions.
  • Experience establishing and managing executive level customer relationships across an organization.
  • Experience managing multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a quota-driven role.
  • Travel 50% required.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Competitive experience working in the ERP Healthcare space.
  • Experience working in a matrix-management environment with extended team members.
  • Relationships within the System Integration (SI) community and partner eco-system.

Job Locations: US Remote (Dallas, TX; Alpharetta, GA)
