*The range provided is based on cost of living/geography and what we believe is reasonable in the market at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase, as well as long term compensation. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors.

How You'll Perform the Role

The Director of Finance, Enterprise Operations is a key leadership role responsible for the Financial Planning and Analysis across the Enterprise Operations function. This role will lead annual planning, monthly forecasting, reporting, and analysis used to assess Operations performance. Key role in quantifying risks and opportunities across the function, and managing those risks to successful business outcomes. The candidate will build strategic partnerships across business units and functional teams and will lead build out of the FP&A process within the function. This is a key member of the Enterprise Operations function, who will support senior leaders, including newly named COO, to drive organizational transformation and ensure company financial objectives are met.



  • Responsible for monthly financial reporting processes, resulting in added visibility and a clear understanding of business trends and overall financial outlook
  • Oversee and directly guide annual Enterprise Operations budgeting process
  • Responsible for management reporting, ensuring desired level of accuracy and timeliness is met
  • Oversee team of resources implementing tools and/or processes development to establish forecasting, budgeting, reporting within function.
  • Show ability to clearly summarize and present financial results to executive leadership team members
  • Support execution of transformation roadmap, including systems integrations, KPI standardization and financial modeling of key initiatives
  • Partner across Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting and all necessary functions to drive business results and assure connectivity
  • Connect with BU CFOs and FP&A leaders, Operations VPs, and Operations Finance to assure efficiencies and align processes


What We Need From You

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Business field
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Strategic thinking, ability to simplify the complex, assess risk and make/drive decisions
  • Ability to execute in a dynamic and fast paced environment, willingness to react quickly and handle ad-hoc initiatives
  • Experience leading teams of multiple resources at varying levels of experience
  • Excellent business partnership skills with a record of collaborating across functions and levels within an organization to accomplish team goals
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and financial skills, demonstrated strong economic thinking
  • Clearly understand integrated financial systems and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Travel approximately 10% or less
