Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze, document, and optimize internal business processes across departments such as Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Support.

* Identify automation opportunities and lead the discovery and design of technical solutions using tools like RPA, APIs, scripting, or low-code/no-code platforms.

* Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for developers

* Develop and maintain process maps, data flow diagrams, and system interaction models.

* Evaluate existing systems and tools for scalability, integration capability, and fit-for-purpose within our process automation roadmap.

* Partner with development and IT teams to ensure successful configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of automation solutions.

* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

* Define KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure the impact of automation and process improvements.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* 3+ years of experience in a technical business analyst or systems analyst role.

* Understanding of API integrations, data models, and basic scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL) preferred.

* Proficiency in process modeling and documentation (e.g., BPMN, UML).

* Familiarity with Agile development environments and tools such as Jira

* Communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.

* Telecom or technology industry experience, especially in operations or systems transformation.

* Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or RPA platform certification.
