Job SummaryThis position is primarily responsible for collaborating with our Client Management Team to produce queries and / or reports from data in various systems to meet client requests. This position is also responsible for participating on the team responsible for reporting support, enhancing, troubleshooting, and training. This position requires a customer service skillset and mindset.

This position will be physically located away from other team members and must be able to work in a professional manner independent of direct supervision.

Please note: While this role is based remotely, candidates must live in one of the following states to be considered: IL, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, NC, OK, PA, TN, TX or WI.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Health Information Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of medical and pharmacy claims, benefits, insurance industry, and managed care delivery system required.
  • Ability to make good decisions and to explain decision-making process.
  • Ability to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills required.
  • Must be able to ascertain if the deliverable is accurate and visually appealing.
  • Superior written, verbal, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills for both clinical and non-clinical audiences including the ability to interact with outside clients, prospects, and brokers.
  • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail, as well as a high degree of creativity, flexibility, and self-direction.
  • Ability to work independently, problem solve, and make decisions with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and manage projects in a deadline-sensitive environment.
  • Must have proficiency with commonly used databases, spreadsheet, pivot tables, charts and graphs, MS Office software (Excel, Word, and Power Point), and SQL Server.
  • Must be able to travel approximately 10% of time.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of evolving reporting and dashboarding technology, including programs like Tableau and/or PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, benefits, insurance industry, and managed care delivery system.
  • Healthcare experience with payer, provider, PBM, or analytics vendor a plus.
  • Passion for excellence and desire to help Luminare Health Benefits differentiate itself in the market.
  • Capability and interest to grow into larger, more strategic leadership role over time.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range:

$48,500.00 - $91,000.00
