Position located on site in Chesapeake, VA. Work Schedule - M-F 0830-1700 ESN is seeking support in daily operational requirements of corporate information systems including computers, infrastructure, and escalated support issues. As part of the core Information Systems Team, this position may be called on to assist regular technical support and dedicated operational/direct teams. Duties: * Installation, configuration, and operation of server hardware and software (including operating systems (Windows and Linux), application software, and system controls), network storage, virtualization, systems upgrades, device/system security, and documentation. * Installation, configuration, and operation of network infrastructure to include network controllers, switches, cabling, Wi-Fi, and network protocols and system monitoring tools. * Supporting the operation and maintenance of printers/copiers. * Supporting teams of users with document publishing applications and print production. * Assist in maintaining ISO 9001, CMMI, NIST 800-171, and CMMC compliance documentation. * Assist in configuration, maintenance, operation, and review of cybersecurity controls including policy and procedures, firewalls, EDR/XDR/antimalware/anti-virus, intrusion detection services, MFA, SIEM, and system logging in a DoD contractor environment. * Ability to proactively identify problems and areas of improvement, and research/recommend new technologies, techniques, and security improvement opportunities. * Take part in compliance audits. * Other duties as assigned. * After hours/weekend work will be required occasionally. Qualifications: * At least 6 years' experience supporting the above duties in a DoD contractor environment. * Experience creating organizational procedures documentation. Clearance/Certifications: * DoD Secret Clearance * Industry certifications are preferred, but DoD contractor experience, length of experience, and demonstrated technical ability are key
