HR Coordinator

CEI Engineering is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator at our corporate office in Bentonville, AR. The Human Resources Coordinator will support various HR functions, including HRIS management, benefits administration, recruitment, special projects, and employee relations activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Facilitating human resources processes.

1. Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.

1. Resolving benefits-related problems.

1. Ensuring the effective utilization of plans related to HR programs and services.

1. Administering annual enrollment in health and welfare plans, changes, and terminations.

1. Answering employee requests and questions.

1. Assisting with new employee hiring and onboarding processes.

1. Reconciling monthly benefit carrier statements.

1. Conducting audits of payroll, benefits, and other HR programs, and recommending corrective

1. Assisting with the performance review and termination processes.

1. Assisting with the recruitment and interview processes.

1. Ensure background, reference checks, and pre-employment drug screens are complete.

1. Maintaining current HR files and databases.

1. Maintaining departmental calendar and communications.

1. Distribute monthly reports to management.

1. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Key Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
• At least two years of relevant HR experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
