Job Description:
Key Duties:
* Setup shop orders and operate ovens
* Perform inspection and precision work under microscopes
* Operate semiconductor equipment in photolithography area
* Follow detailed written work instructions
* Document non-conformances and rework in FOS
* Maintain annual training requirements for safety, hazardous materials, and quality systems

Required Skills:
* U.S. Citizenship required
* Experience in manufacturing, microelectronics, aerospace, or defense industries
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
* Proficiency with MS Office and basic math skills
* High attention to detail, manual dexterity, and adherence to quality standards
Desired Skills:
* Photolithography experience (3+ years)
* Diffusion or CMP (3+ years)
* Experience with microscopes
* Soldering experience to Military/ANSI/J standards
* Strong teamwork and safety mindset
* Microelectronics or semiconductor manufacturing experience
