We are looking for a Production Manager to join Temperature+System Products, USA in Greenwood, Indiana to lead a dynamic team and deliver world-class temperature products. Which tasks will you perform? You will:
- Lead and drive a lean conversion program for the site and build a team committed to continuous improvement
- Drive strong organizational communication and alignment within the production teams that work on both first and second shift.
- Provide leadership and direction in the form of 5S, Standard Work, Daily Management (SQDIP)
- Coach, mentor and develop team for development plans
- Partner with Planning, Logistics, Engineering and Supply Chain to successfully understand the root causes of systemic problems and implement permanent countermeasures to sustain resolution of the issues.
- Collaborate with other global stakeholders to benchmark across sites, share lessons learned and improve capabilities.
- Facilitate plant level daily management processes to achieve key SQDIP metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity), ensure countermeasure sustainment and problem-solving processes are used.

- Strong manufacturing leadership experience.
- Experience in Machining, Metalwork, Welding and/or Brazing.
- Demonstrated Continuous Improvement mindset and experience.
- Excellent data analytical and modeling skills required while displaying financial and business acumen.
- Motivated, flexible, and creative leader; able to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast paced, demanding and changing environment.
