Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, Ohio or Florida.

This position will serve in oversight of our client incentive programs with day-to-day ownership of performance measurement operations, strengthening process discipline, and uplifting team capacity. This is a hands-on role that blends operational execution with process improvement, offering the opportunity to drive meaningful impact in a critical business function.


Responsibilities

  • Develop And maintain standard operating procedures, documentation, and control routines to support BAU operations, audit readiness and issue management commitments.
  • Act as a quality reviewer supporting the team in validating complex work, identifying errors, and documenting best practices.
  • Partner with technology, finance, and audit to enhance reporting, reconciliations and data integrity checks that reduce risk and manual rework.
  • Support development of dashboards and reporting to provide leadership visibility into incentive program performance and trends.
  • Assist in regulatory or audit -related requests by ensuring accurate and timely data pulls in accordance with leadership.
  • Represent incentive operations in cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives, surfacing risks, requirements, and enhancements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management or Program Management, Banking Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Project Management or Program Management, Banking Management

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Community Association Banking

- Experience in data and reporting

- Experience in cross-function coordination

- Previous work in industries with compliance requirements (banking, financial services, fintech, or payments)
