Overview:

  • Develops and implements marketing and communications plans, content, documents, and activities.
  • Coordinates program logistics for partner engagement meetings, trainings, and other convenings.
  • Plans and implements community engagement activities, including the ambassador program and community outreach events.
  • Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines. Coordinates implementation of strategic initiatives, project activities, schedules meetings, communicates with stakeholders, tracks progress, and ensures timely completion.

Job Description:

Essential Functions:

  • Plans for and coordinates major organizational initiatives, project activities and ensures all tasks are completed on time.
  • Communicates project updates and progress to leadership, team members and stakeholders.
  • Manages project documentation and maintains accurate records.
  • Assists in budget tracking and financial reporting for the project.
  • Facilitates meetings and ensures action items are followed up on.
  • Identifies and resolves project issues and escalates as needed.

Education Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent education and experience, required.

Licensure Requirement:

Valid Ohio driver's license and proof of auto insurance as required by hospital policy and position-specific requirements. Must pass motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications, and training set forth by Nationwide Children's Hospital and maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Skills:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with people of diverse backgrounds, required.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, required.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative, flexibility, organizational skills, and creativity.
  • Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication required to engage a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Must be able to organize and coordinate multiple project deadlines and deliverables while keeping attention to detail.
  • Meeting facilitation skills, preferred.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Experience:

Three years of relevant professional experience, required.
