The Role
The VP of Transformation will lead Presidio's Transformation Office PMO, a strategic function responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation and value creation. This leader will oversee a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, instill an "AI/automation-first" mindset, foster cultural change by embedding new ways of working, and ensure programs deliver measurable strategic, operational, and financial outcomes.
As a trusted partner to the C-suite, this role will design and execute transformation frameworks, establish governance and prioritization models, and lead a team committed to delivering sustainable business results.
Responsibilities include:
Champion initiatives that deliver measurable impact across operational efficiency, margin improvement, and strategic growth.
Lead cross-functional programs that reshape Presidio's operations, tools, and systems to elevate performance, scalability, and innovation.
Design and operationalize an intake and prioritization system aligned with Presidio's strategic roadmap and financial targets.
Ensure resources are allocated to the most valuable initiatives.
Establish and evolve PMO standards, tools, and operating rhythms to reinforce transparency, repeatability, and accountability.
Direct and monitor enterprise transformation projects, including digital modernization, workforce enablement, and enterprise platform upgrades.
Develop and maintain metrics dashboards to track initiative health, ROI, and business impact.
Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
Partner with the C-suite and senior business leaders to co-design strategies, align priorities, and manage tradeoffs using data-driven insights.
Collaborate closely with Finance on ROI, value creation, and planning-related initiatives.
Build and mentor a high-performing PMO team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and excellence.
Required Skills and Professional Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
15+ years of experience leading enterprise transformation programs and teams, ideally within large, technology, consulting, or enterprise environments.
Proven success in leading PMOs and driving measurable change across core business functions.
Deep understanding of P&L levers, value creation drivers, and business case development.
Demonstrated ability to track, measure, and communicate ROI.
Executive presence with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
Expertise in strategic planning, portfolio management, data-driven decision-making, and executive-level reporting.
Ability to design frameworks and systems that balance strategic vision with operational execution
