GSA Contract Specialist
Rockville, MD (Hybrid)
Pay From: $85,000 per year
MUST:
Experienced Contracts Specialist
3+ years of experience working with GSA schedules (MAS) (preferably in IT or VAR environments)
Strong understanding of Federal Procurement regulations (FAR, GSAM, etc.)
Experience with GSA eMod, eBuy, GSA Advantage systems
Familiarity with TAA compliance
Experience with Schedule 70 / IT Category contracts is a plus
Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
High attention to detail DUTIES:
Ideal candidate will aid the team and provide contract management support for all GSA work
Maintain and administer the company's GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract(s)
Prepare and submit contract modifications, including pricing updates, product/service additions, and administrative changes
Ensure contract compliance with GSA rules, including Trade Agreements Act (TAA) compliance, pricing integrity, and reporting
Assist sales teams with GSA quotes and proposals (eBuy, RFQs, RFIs)
Respond to GSA eBuy opportunities and track solicitations relevant to the company's offerings
Monitor and ensure pricing practices are in line with GSA regulations (Price Reduction Clause, Most Favored Customer) Collaborate with finance and sales teams to validate pricing strategies for GSA vs. commercial channels
Support development of GSA-focused marketing strategies and materials
