Role and Responsibilities As a Control Tower Coordinator, you serve as a critical second-line resource, providing administrative support across all logistics activities. You proactively monitor, execute, and continuously improve stock request processes to resolve production material issues efficiently. Additionally, you ensure that IT architecture is seamlessly aligned with operational workflows, driving system and process enhancements to elevate performance and reliability. Education and Experience A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field-such as Operations Management & Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management-is preferred. Professional Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, ideally within a technical production or warehouse operations setting. Proven track record in inventory management is highly desirable, with demonstrated ability to optimize stock levels, streamline workflows, and support cross-functional teams in high-paced environments. Other information The Wilton Manufacturing Services team plays a vital role in the storage, planning, assembly, and shipment of ASML materials, including modules, upgrade packages, and more. As part of this team, you will be positioned within the Control Tower-the central hub responsible for managing alllogistics administrative flows, with a focus on preventing and predicting operational stagnations to ensure smooth and efficient logistics. This is an on-site, off-shift support role with a fixed schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
