We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Food and Beverage team to fill the position of Bartender. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to hotel guests with precision, creativity, and exceptional hospitality. This role combines technical mixology skills with luxury service standards to deliver memorable beverage experiences in bars, lounges, and events.

Here is what you are doing each day:
Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages in accordance with recipes and luxury standards.
Provide personalized recommendations and create custom drinks to enhance the guest experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are sanitized.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage costs while minimizing waste.
Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and polished manner.
Collaborate with servers, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth service during peak periods and events.
Follow all local, state, and hotel regulations regarding alcohol service and safety.
Handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and room charges.
Assist in planning and executing special events, private functions, and in-house promotions.
Does this sound like you?
Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale bar.
Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
Excellent guest service and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-30 lbs.
Manual dexterity for precise beverage preparation and garnishing.
