Position Title: Project Coordinator (Vendor Onboarding)

Work Location: North Chicago, IL 60064 - Hybrid

Assignment Duration: 11+ months

Work Schedule: Daily 1st shift, 8 AM - 5 PM

Work Arrangement: 2 days remote / 3 days onsite

Position Summary:

  • We are seeking a contractor to provide hands-on support for third party onboarding validation and offboarding coordination while automation solutions are in development (anticipated post-2026/2027).



Background & Context:

  • This resource is critical to ensuring onboarding and offboarding accuracy, maintaining compliance, and addressing high volumes that current resources cannot support. The contractor will play a key role in managing these manual processes.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual validation of third-party onboarding submissions, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.
  • Review and verify onboarding requests to ensure alignment with policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for offboarding coordination, tracking offboarding processes to completion until automation is implemented.
  • Collaborate closely with the TPRMO and related teams to communicate requirements, resolve discrepancies, and escalate onboarding/offboarding issues as needed.
  • Support process improvements, providing input to requirements for future technology and AI solutions.
  • Ensure all activities align with compliance standards and organizational policies.



Qualification & Experience:

  • Prior experience with high-volume third-party onboarding/offboarding, compliance, or validation processes, preferably in a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and handle large sets of data.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving processes and requirements during the transition to automation.
