Department: Information Technology

Reports To: Application Development Manager

Salary Range: $58,819 - $88,229 annually, plus bonus opportunity

As an IT Application Analyst for PIM (Product Information Management), you will be responsible for the configuration of the PIM application. You actively will solicit input from business stakeholders, understand a range of business processes, and provide guidance on best practices of the systems supported. You will work closely with internal and external customers to execute new product features to meet the changing needs and requirements of users.

WHAT YOU'LL DO



  • Implement, test, document, and integrate new solutions and integrations in the applications assigned
  • Participate in efforts to implement application updates to include upgrades, patches, and new releases
  • Participate in testing changes, upgrades, and new services, ensuring systems will operate correctly
  • Work closely with support vendors to solve system issues
  • Understand the applications, supporting infrastructure, and systems integration
  • Provide application troubleshooting and problem resolution to the applications assigned
  • Continually monitor and resolve application issues
  • Keep current with new technologies and solutions by attending technical training, seminars, or workshops
  • Provide support, advice, and training to end users
  • Apply lean tools and thinking to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position


YOU MUST HAVE



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Dot experience
  • Strong business analysis and communication skills
  • SQL experience and troubleshooting skills


YOU MAY ALSO HAVE



  • Experience administrating and/or configuring EnterWorks or other PIM/MDM system
  • Experience with requirement/test/project management solutions, preferably JIRA
  • Experience in JAVA


ROLE SPECIFICS



  • Schedule - Occasional off hours support will be required
  • Travel - Occasional overnight travel for internal trainings and meetings. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train
